How to Apply for a Job

Thank you for your interest in Camp Bauercrest. We welcome you to our staff information web page, which provides insight into the employment application process and a downloadable application. Please complete the following steps to ensure an effective application process.

  1. Please investigate our website thoroughly, gathering and documenting questions.

  2. Please down load and complete our application honestly and entirely. Failure to answer any part of the application honestly will terminate the applications process. Failure to answer any part of the application fully will compromise your potential employment.

  3. Download a confidential personal reference form and a background check authorization form from our Forms Library. Camp Bauercrest requires a minimum of 2 references, but prefers 3 references. References should be given to past employers, teachers or coaches, not friends or relatives. Confidential references should be completed and returned directly to Camp Bauercrest by the reference and not by you. Camp Bauercrest expects that the references will correspond with the names you supplied as references.

  4. After we receive the reference forms and the background check authorization form, we will contact you for an interview. Within two weeks of the interview you will be contacted with a job offer or a denial.
